Chapter 8: Late Service Commencement

Policy

This refers to the policy decision that Authority Services (ie soft services and a few minor maintenance services) should not ordinarily be provided by the Contractor but by the Authority or a third party contracted by the Authority.

Section 8.1.4 (Introduction)

Policy

This addresses the impact of delay by the Contractor in achieving Completion or Handover Dates and the need for the Authority to deal with this in agreements for the provision of Authority Services.
