The generic pro-forma protocol produced by HMT should be the basis for protocols produced for different sectors.

Section 11.3.3 (Change protocols)

Policy

Pre-agreed mechanics and pricing may be specified for some minor maintenance activities.

Section 11.3.8.4 (Due diligence)

Policy

Particular care needed with regard to the effect a partial closure of facilities or partial termination has on equity return, with different treatments for anticipated and unanticipated changes.

Section 11.4.4.2 (Pricing Issues)

Policy

Provision may be needed in change protocol where minor maintenance to be done by Authority or its own contractor.
