| Chapter 26 of SoPC4 has been enhanced to bring it in to line with best practice, clarifying what and how information should be requested and provided to the public sector together with new items of data (including information on IRRs and sale price of share sales) to be made available. Also clarifies the provision of information being part of the Service required and consequences for failures. Also contains updated guidance on relevant legislation and recent changes to Government's transparency requirements. |
