61. As a consequence of Changes made to the Contract it may be necessary to amend the Financial Model30. However given the costs involved in making such changes, largely due to the need for both parties to appoint external financial advisers to deal with the complexity of such changes to financial models, it may be appropriate to consider amendments to the financial model no more frequently than on an annual basis.
