15. This is the risk that planned QA activities will overrun. Pricing of this risk can be included in the cost build up of the SPV. Therefore, whether the change is a Replacement Change or an Addition Change, the cost for this risk is likely to be included in the SPV or sub-contractor cost element of the price and should not be considered in calculating the SPV profit level.
