If the Facilities meet the Operating Standards for a period of six (6) months from the Provisional Operations Start Date as certified by the Independent Engineer, the Agency shall issue a final acceptance certificate and the Facilities shall thereafter be operated by the Company in accordance with the Operating Procedures and Operating Standards.
