The Facilities shall be designed and constructed to take Raw Water at the intake point on the [insert source of Raw Water], treat it to the standards specified in Schedule G (Treated Water Specifications), and store, pump, and convey the Treated Water as necessary to deliver at least [•] cubic meters per Day of Treated Water to the Agency at the Delivery Point according to daily schedules of flow rate and pressure agreed between the Agency and the Company within the limits set out in Schedule H (Delivery Schedule and Operating Procedures).
