To sustain the PDMF, the following documentary requirements shall be submitted by the PPP Center to the DBM together with its annual budget:
6.2.1 Statement of Cash Flows (Form 2); and
6.2.3 Medium Term Requirements for FY 2012-2016 (Form 3).
