Following the satisfactory operation of the New ICT Services and Facilities after a period of six (6) months from the Provisional In-Service Date as certified by the Independent Verifier, the Agency shall issue a final CAIF and the New ICT Services and Facilities shall thereafter be operated by the Company in conformity with the Service Level Agreements.
