In case any Unplanned Downtime occurs or is foreseen to occur, the Company shall immediately notify the Agency in writing specifying the date and time of the commencement of the Unplanned Downtime and its expected duration. The period of time from the commencement of an Unplanned Downtime until the resumption of normal operation shall be termed as an "Unplanned Downtime Period". Any Unplanned Downtime Period with a duration of more than [●] hours shall be treated as a Non-Political Force Majeure Event affecting the Company.
