Consultations with stakeholders affirm the need for a specific program that will ensure the achievement of MDG 7 by 2015 and continuing 100-percent access to water in the medium term. Critical to the new program for water supply, however, is identifying key beneficiaries based on an updated assessment and identification of remaining waterless municipalities in the Philippines and ensuring sustainability of water service provision.
