Social protection programs shall converge in terms of strategies, target beneficiaries and geographic areas, to fully maximize resources and create more impact to beneficiaries. The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program shall form the backbone of this convergence, with complementation from other social protection programs that ensure job generation, livelihood/microfinance, CDD and asset reform.
