Establishment of a Philippine Center for Specialized Health Care (PCHSC)

This seeks to establishe the Philippine Center for Specialized Health Care, composed of Philippine Heart Center for Asia, Lung Center of the Philippines, Natonal Kidney & Transplant Institute, Philippine Children's Medical Center, and East Avenue Medical Center, to provide specialized medical services, professional and advanced medical training.
