An Act Establishing a Multilingual Education and Literacy Policy

This seeks to mandate a permanent policy that institutionalizes within the DepEd the use of the Filipino in teaching, learning and assessment, to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and relevance of the learning process, both formal and ALS.
