National Land Use Act (NALUA)

This seeks to establishe a national land use framework that will define the indicative priorities for land utilization and allocation. NALUA shall integrate efforts, monitor developments related to land use, and evolve policies, regulations and directions of land use planning processes. The NALUA mandates the formulation of national planning and zoning guidelines and standards, to guide LGUs in the formulation of their CLUPs and enactment of zoning ordinances.
