By virtue of Executive Order No. 8, s 2010, the PPP Center is mandated to be the overall facilitator and catalyst of the Philippine PPP Program, in the pursuit and delivery of PPP projects. Through its functional units, namely, Project Development Service (PDS); Project Development and Monitoring Facility Service (PDMFS); Legal Service (LS); Policy Formulation, Evaluation and Monitoring Service (PFEMS); and Capacity Building and Knowledge Management Service (CBKMS), the PPP Center champions the Philippine PPP Program and provides technical assistance and advisory support to implementing agencies and local governments, thereby enabling and capacitating them in all aspects of PPP project development and implementation.
