Section 7.1 Contract Management

- Within ______ calendar days from the date of the signing of this Agreement, each Party shall form a Contract Management Committee, which shall be responsible for monitoring, managing and evaluating the full implementation of the PROJECT. Within ______ calendar days from its creation, each Party shall immediately send written notice to the other naming its members to the Contract Management Committee.
