- The LGU further warrants that it is subject to the civil and commercial law in respect of its responsibilities under this Agreement and that it is not immune from suit, judgment or execution or any legal process in connection with said responsibilities. But nothing herein shall be considered as waiving the immunity of the State with regard to the assets and interests of the Republic of the Philippines.
