- The PROPONENT may, with the prior written approval by the Local Chief Executive, with the concurrence of the Local Sanggunian, assign its rights, interest, benefits and obligations under this Agreement to any company or special purpose company or successor company or entity. The Assignee shall perform and comply with all its obligations and assume all the rights, interest, and benefits of the PROPONENT under this Agreement.
