- The Parties shall meet and agree on procedures, standards, protective settings and a program to be followed by the PROPONENT for the testing of facility in accordance with the agreed tests and test procedures set out in the Schedule (ANNEX D).
The PROPONENT shall give to LGU not less than ____ day notice of its intention to commence any testing of the facility. LGU and/or its expert shall be entitled to be present at any testing of the facility. Upon completion of any testing, the PROPONENT and the LGU shall jointly certify whether or not the facility has satisfied such test.
