- The PROJECT shall involve the financing, design, construction of a GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER to be built on an appropriate site located at______________. The Design and Technical Specifications prepared by the LGU which shall be fully complied with by the PROPONENT-LESSOR is attached as ANNEX A.
