Section 6.3 - Warranty Security

- The PROPONENT-LESSOR shall at its own expense secure and post a Warranty Security to take care of any defect, hidden or otherwise, not noted during the turn over and acceptance of the PROJECT. The Warranty Security shall be made effective immediately upon transfer of full legal ownership over the PROJECT in favor of the LGU-LESSEE.
