Section 7.5 Right of LGU to Monitor

- The LGU-LESSEE shall be entitled to inspect, check, test and monitor the PROJECT during the construction period. The purpose of such monitoring shall be to determine whether the PROJECT are being designed and constructed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The PROPONENT-LESSOR shall allow the LGU-LESSEE or its duly authorized representatives to conduct such inspection and monitoring during normal business hours upon reasonable prior written notice to the PROPONENT-LESSOR. It shall ensure that the LGU-LESSEE or its agent or representative is given sufficient access to carry out the inspection. The monitoring and review shall be conducted in the presence of a duly designated representative of the PROPONENT-LESSOR.
