Section 8.2 Authorized Signatory

- The PROPONENT-LESSOR's signatory to this Agreement has full legal capacity and has been duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the PROPONENT-LESSOR to sign, execute and deliver this Agreement for and on behalf of the PROPONENT-LESSOR.
