Section 8.3 Validity and Enforceability

- This Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the PROPONENT-LESSOR, enforceable against the PROPONENT-LESSOR in accordance with its terms. This Agreement is in satisfactory and proper legal form under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
