Section 8.4 Due Execution

- The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the other documents herein referred to do not violate any provision of law, rule, regulation or order or decree of any court, tribunal or government authority, bureau or agency, or of the charter, by-laws or corporate rules of the PROPONENT-LESSOR, any corporation, or any contract or other undertaking to which the PROPONENT-LESSOR is a party.
