Section 8.5 Know-how

- The PROPONENT-LESSOR warrants that it has the know-how, resources, trained personnel and staff, technical and financial capabilities, as well as management expertise, to fulfill its duties and responsibilities hereunder, and implement the financing, design, and construction of the PROJECT.
