Section 9.1 Corporate Existence

- The LGU-LESSEE warrants that it is a duly organized and validly existing political subdivision and local government of the Republic of the Philippines and has all requisite power, authority and legal right to execute and deliver this Agreement, and to perform its obligations hereunder.
