Section 9.3 Validity and Enforceability

- This Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the LGU, enforceable against the LGU-LESSEE in accordance with its terms. This Agreement is in satisfactory and proper legal form under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
