- The Parties shall meet and agree on procedures, standards, protective settings and a program to be followed by the PROPONENT-LESSOR for the testing of facility in accordance with the agreed tests and test procedures set out in the Schedule (ANNEX D).
The PROPONENT-LESSOR shall give to LGU not less than_______day notice of its intention to commence any testing of the facility. LGU and/or its expert shall be entitled to be present at any testing of the facility. Upon completion of any testing, the PROPONENT-LESSOR and the LGU shall jointly certify whether or not the facility has satisfied such test.
