Section 13.1 Mutual Discussions

- In case of any dispute or controversy of any kind whatsoever between the Parties arising out this Agreement, said Parties shall first endeavor to resolve within _____ days such dispute by mutual discussion and amicable means between the President of the PROPONENT-LESSOR and the Local Chief Executive.
