- Should the dispute (meetings) not be settled amicably by mutual discussion within ___ days from the initial meeting of the President of the PROPONENT-LESSOR and the LCE of the LGU, the dispute shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Law of the Philippines, (Republic Act No. 876), in such place as the Parties may agree.
While the dispute is being arbitrated, the performance by the Parties of their respective obligations shall not be suspended, unless otherwise declared by the arbitral tribunal or otherwise agreed by the Parties or unless the obligation to be performed is the very issue of the arbitration.
