- The PROJECT shall involve the financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of a WATER SYSTEM FACILITY to be built on an appropriate site located at ______________. The Design and Technical Specifications prepared by the LGU which shall be fully complied with by the PROPONENT-OPERATOR is attached as ANNEX "A". The PROPONENT-OPERATOR shall construct, operate and maintain the PROJECT, and eventually transfer the PROJECT to the LGU at the end of the concession period.
