- The PROPONENT-OPERATOR's signatory to this Agreement has full legal capacity and has been duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the PROPONENT-OPERATOR to sign, execute and deliver this Agreement for and on behalf of the PROPONENT-OPERATOR.
