- This Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the PROPONENT-OPERATOR, enforceable against the PROPONENT-OPERATOR in accordance with its terms. This Agreement is in satisfactory and proper legal form under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
