- The PROPONENT-OPERATOR warrants that neither it, nor its representatives or agents, have offered any government officer or employee, national or local, any consideration or commission for its award of the Contract of this PROJECT nor has it exercised any corrupt, undue or unlawful influence, directly or indirectly through relatives within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity in securing this Agreement.
