- In case of any dispute or controversy of any kind whatsoever between the Parties arising out this Agreement, said Parties shall first endeavor to resolve within ______ days such dispute by mutual discussion and amicable means between the President of the PROPONENT-OPERATOR and the Local Chief Executive.
