- All expert panel and arbitral awards shall be in writing and shall state the reasons upon which they are based. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final, binding and unappealable. The awards may include an award of costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements. Judgments upon the awards may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof or having jurisdiction over the Parties or their assets.
