- The PROPONENT warrants that it has the know-how, resources, trained personnel and staff, technical, marketing and financial capabilities, as well as management expertise, to fulfill its duties and responsibilities hereunder, and implement the financing, design, construction, equipping, provisioning, maintaining, marketing and operating the PROJECT.
