The Company shall design, engineer, procure, and construct the Facilities in compliance with:
(a) the Design and Technical Specifications;
(c) all relevant design, engineering, and construction standards and practices in the Philippines;
(d) all applicable Legal Requirements; and
(e) the Project Milestone Schedule.
