Components and Capacities of the Facilities

The Facilities shall be located at the sites shown in Figure A-1 (collectively, the "Site") and shall include the following major components:

■  Materials Recovery Facility/ Transfer Station

■  Sanitary Landfill

■  Access and On-site Roads

■  Segregation, Composting, Transport, and Waste Disposal Equipment
