19. Individual experts recommended "for acceptance but will be closely monitored" will be evaluated every 2 months or as may be determined during contract negotiations as necessary using PER Form 2. The PPP Center Project Officer and the IA representative will jointly evaluate the expert's performance and submit a single evaluation report. This requirement applies to all experts who are recommended for acceptance but will be closely monitored.
