5.11.1  Percentage Shares and Contribution of the Agency

The cost of the Works shall be borne by the Parties in the following proportions:

(a)  by the Agency - [●] per cent; and

(b) by the Company - [●] per cent.

The Agency shall contribute towards the financing of the Works in accordance with Schedule 4 (Government Works Funding Arrangement).4
