The review or approval by the Agency of the Operating Procedures for the Facilities shall not relieve the Company from any liability under this Agreement or any other Project Agreement nor shall it be considered a waiver by the Agency of any of its rights. The Agency and the Independent Verifier shall not be liable to the Company or any other person by reason of any review or approval of the Operating Procedures.
