All notices, requests, agreements, or consents shall be in writing and in English and shall be deemed to have been duly given: (i) upon delivery if delivered by hand against written acknowledgment of receipt; (ii) on the Business Day following confirmed transmission if sent by e-mail or telefacsimile; provided that such e-mail or telefacsimile transmission shall be followed by notification by mail postmarked within three (3) Days; and (iii) upon delivery if sent by certified, registered (return receipt requested), or express mail, first-class postage prepaid, or by an express courier service, marked for overnight delivery.
