Introduction 

This Schedule specifies: 

the existing urban mass rail facilities of [line], including the existing depots, electrical and mechanical systems, railway vehicles, stations, tracks and other assets; 

the new facilities, including the new electrical and mechanical systems, railway vehicles, stations, tracks and other assets, to be designed, procured or constructed by the Company; and 

the design and technical specifications to be followed and complied with by the Company in the design, Verifier ing, procurement, rehabilitation and construction of the Works.
