With guidance from the Advisory Group and building on the ideas generated in the point/counterpoint discussion, NCPPP and ULI hosted an Experts Roundtable in Philadelphia, in conjunction with the ULI Spring Meeting in April 2016.
The roundtable brought together a cross section of experts from the public and private sectors to further explore (a) the current status of project scoring as it related to federal real property, (b) prospects and options for reform, (c) key issues and obstacles, and (d) strategies for moving forward. The roundtable was chaired by Advisory Group chair Dan Tangherlini, former administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration.
