PPP Authority signed an Annual Performance Agreement (APA) with the Prime Minister's Office on 1st July 2015. The purpose of APA is to establish an effective, efficient and dynamic administrative system with a view to ensuring institutional transparency, accountability, proper utilization of resources and above all enhancing institutional efficiency by introducing a Performance Management System (PMS). APA sets out the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that PPP Authority needs to achieve on a year-to-year basis.
