The upgrading of the road will also enhance the connectivity of the road network to meet forecast economic and traffic growth targets. Project Scope: Design, construct, operate, finance and maintain the extension of a 2 lane highway into a 4 lane access controlled highway incorporating a service road for local traffic, embankment and bridge structures.
