20.1 The Contracting Authority shall apply the type of bidding process for the PPP Project based on the instruction of the PPP Authority or any policies, rules, regulations, guidance, guidelines or notifications issued by the PPP Authority pursuant to the PPP Act.
20.2 The bidding process for PPP Projects can either be a single-stage bidding process or a two-stage bidding process.
• Single-stage bidding process - shall comprise of only an IFB.
• Two-stage bidding process - shall comprise of an RFQ as well as an RFP.
